Returns
We want you to love your Electric Blast water blaster. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at electricblast111@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return and give you the details you need to send the item back.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at electricblast111@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
